If you have any problems running the game using these, then please revert to the un-altered game mode. This issue has been coined Diablo II ALSR issues, but it's not. well with a touhou game it runs on my game at 30 fps and its supposed to run at 60 lol.Play at 60 fps and higher! Anti-aliasing of specific jagged edges in the game (sprites, walls, some floors).I would imagine which options work best vary by card.
